Candidates are contesting for BJP in 6 wards out of 15 wards in the Kinathukadavu Town Panchayat area. The BJP candidate Pan Chander Raj, who is contesting ward 4 in the Kinathukadavu Town Panchayat area, went on a door-to-door campaign on Chariot Street to collect votes on Saturday.

He was accompanied by party functionaries and collected votes from the people highlighting central government schemes and promised to get central government schemes like free LPG connection, welfare board scheme, insurance scheme, mudra loan scheme, etc. if he wins the elections.
BJP functionaries including Kinathukadavu Union president Ravi Kumar, vice president Selvendran, and campaign leader Dharman campaigned along with Pan Chandar.
