The ward number 52 candidate Lakshmi Ilanselvi Karthik of DMK, went on a door-to-door campaign at her ward, here in the city on Saturday, ahead of the urban local body elections on the 19th.
Coimbatore: Lakshmi Ilanselvi Karthik campaigned in person at ward number 52, on Saturday, for the local body elections.
Lakshmi Ilanselvi Karthik, contesting on behalf of the DMK-led Secular Progressive Alliance at ward number 52 in Coimbatore, for the post of the council member went on a door-to-door campaign at her ward.
She visited the Ranganayaki Ammal Nagar for the campaign and collected votes for Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam.
Lakshmi Karthik was accompanied by the Peelamedu area, In-charge V. Balasubramaniyam, M.Nagaraj, Kasturi Arun, Noel Selvam, Nehrunagar Devaraj, C.T.C. Natarajan, R.
