Valentine's Day special: Total of more than 500 kg roses exported to Singapore and Sharjah from Coimbatore Int’l Airport

On Friday alone 500 kilogramss of Roses to Singapore and 100 Roses to Sharjah were exported from Coimbatore Airport.



Coimbatore: As the Valentine's Day on February 14 is around the corner, there is huge demand for roses worldwide. On Friday alone 500 kilogramss of Roses to Singapore and 100 Roses to Sharjah were exported from Coimbatore Airport.

Aviation Sources said, "There is a good demand for roses in Singapore for Valentine's day. Hence half tonne (500 kilos) of roses were exported from Coimbatore International Airport on Friday by Scoot Airlines which is providing services between Coimbatore- Singapore 3 days every week.

Air Arabia is providing Services betweenCoimbatore-Sharjah 5 days every week. This flight continues to carry 10 boxes of Roses in which 100 Roses were packed to Sharjah."
