The Kinathukadavu Police who were on a patrol at the Sikkalampalayam area in Kinathukadavu caught hold of two people selling lottery tickets brought from Kerala, at high rates.

Sub-Inspector Arul Prakash of Kinathukadavu police station was on surveillance duty in the Sikkalampalayam area on Friday. A man was found selling prohibited lottery tickets in front of the RK Grocery Store in Sikkampalayam. The accused is identified as Palanisamy of Kinatukadavu Krishnasamypuram and investigations revealed that he had bought the tickets from Kerala and sold it for an excess price here.
Similarly, Krishnasamy of Kondampatti was also caught by police for selling banned lottery tickets. The police arrested both and have imprisoned them.
