The candidates contesting on behalf of the Makkal Needhi Mayyam in the upcoming urban local body elections filed their nominations
Coimbatore: Makkal Needhi Mayyam candidates file nominations for local polls on Monday.
The urban local body elections are to be held in Coimbatore on the 19th of February. Candidates contesting elections have begun filing nominations since Friday, 28th Jan. Similarly, MNM candidates filed their nominations here, on Monday.
The candidates including Muthumari for Ward 25, Sangeetha for Ward 30, and Daniel Raj for Ward 46 respectively will be contesting on behalf of the party. All of them filed their nomination papers on Monday., 1st February.State Secretary (Propagation) Dr. Anusha Ravi, District Secretary Er. Prabhu, City Secretary Mariappan and party members were present.
