The local police have launched a search for two people who reportedly damaged the statue of St. Sebastian placed in front of the Trinity Cathedral in the city on Sunday.
Coimbatore: The local police are on the hunt for two people for damaging the statue of St. Sebastian that is placed in front of the Trinity Cathedral in the city. The incident occurred on Sunday.
The St. Sebastian Statue at the Holy Trinity Syro Malabar Cathedral and School located near Ramanathapuram Signal, Coimbatore was damaged by two unidentified persons last night.
The church watchman, Johnson, lodged a complaint with Ramanathapuram police station and the police are investigating the case with the CCTV camera recordings.
Police have also registered a case of damage to the statue.
