The private sector employment camp, co-hosted by Coimbatore Corporation and RAAC and NO DUMPING will be held from 21st to 26th January.
More than 100 graduated men, women and differently-abled persons are participating in the 6-day camp at Siddhapudur Corporation Higher Secondary School since day one. Men and women above 18 years of age visit the camp seeking job opportunities.
The camp is being conducted to recruit people to work under the Health and Resource Management Department under the Swachh Bharat Scheme of the Government of India.
The selected candidates will receive 20 days of training and work for the department, while the differently-abled persons will be appointed after the appropriate examination.
The interviews for 300 posts in the department are conducted through this camp. Further, the works for the private institutions working along with Coimbatore Municipality will be allocated. In the 20-day course, there will be 10-day theoretical and 10-day practical classes held on solid waste management and medical waste management.
