The district administration and Corporation have been taking intense prevention measures after the number of new cases, which were below the 200 mark 15 days ago is now at 1,800. The incidence of corona infection has increased by 10 percent and is at 22.01 percent.
An official from the Corporation Health Department stated that “On an average, 4,000 people are undergoing corona tests in the Corporation every day.The percentage of infection spread is likely to increase in the coming days.”
The health body has stated that the number of tests for covid-19 will continue to be increased in line with the incidence of corona infection.The public should be very safe and cautious.
