AIADMK cadres pay tribute in Coimbatore on MGR's 105th birth anniversary

The cadres paid tribute to MGR's statue at Anna Silai in Coimbatore.


Coimbatore: AIADMK cadres paid tribute to the statue of late former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M G Ramachandran at Anna Silai in Coimbatore to commemorate his 105th birth anniversary.



Various organizations including AIADMK leaders across Tamil Nadu have been paying respects and tributes to MGR's statues and photos.

Singanallur MLA K R Jayaram and Northern Coimbatore MLA Amman K Arjunan also garlanded MGR's statue at Anna Silai on Avinashi Road in Coimbatore. The AIADMK flag was hoisted at the AIADMK office, Idhaya Deivam Maligai along with floral tributes paid to a photo of late MGR.



More than 50 AIADMK functionaries and activists participated in the event.
