Coimbatore: The city police have launched a search operation after a 30-year old man lodged a missing complaint, that his daughter and wife who left home over a week ago, never returned.
Manikandan (30), a resident of the Mulluppadi area near Kinathukadavu lodged a complaint at the Kinathukadavu police station stating his wife, Indrani, (28), and 13-year-old daughter were missing from the house.
It is reported that the couple, Manikandan-Indrani had frequent disputes and disagreements, and Indrani and her 13-year-old daughter left the house on the 7th and haven’t returned home to date.
Manikandan, after conducting searches at various places by himself, lodged a complaint with the Kinathukadavu police on Saturday seeking help to find his family.
A case has been registered and the police have launched a search operation for the two missing persons.
