A three-year-old girl was killed in a road accident as a container truck that hit the two-wheeler after the truck driver lost control of the vehicle.
Coimbatore: A three-year-old girl was killed in an accident, as a container truck that hit the two-wheeler she was travelling on. The truck driver lost control of the vehicle and caused the accident.
Sivakumar (27), from Sathyamangalam Rangasamudram in Erode is a daily wage labourer. Sivakumar left to the Bannari Amman Temple with his family on his new bike on Saturday. Reportedly, Sivakumar’s two wheeler, was hit by a container truck near Annur, after the truck driver lost control of his vehicle. Sivakumar, his wife and two children, who were travelling on the two-wheeler, were thrown out in which Ashwini, his daughter sustained serious injuries.
Ashwini was immediately rushed to Annur Government Hospital, but tragically, the doctors declared that the girl was brought dead. Police have registered a case and are investigating.
Similarly, in an individual incident, Nageswara Rao (62) of Bihar a wage worker was killed in a road accident. Nageswara Rao, along with his wife and a friend, Upendara Tagore of Chinnavedampatti were travelling on a moped.
The two-wheeler lost control, in the impact, Nageswara Rao sustained serious injuries and died tragically on the spot. The Thudiyalur police have registered a case and are investigating the accident.
