Coimbatore: The Kinathukadavu police have booked two persons who were caught consuming alcohol in public place.
The Kinathukadavu police were engaged in patrols in the area on Friday. Prabhu (38) of Oothukadu, Pollachi and Karthikeyan (20) of Krishnasamy Puram, Kinathukadavu, were booked for consuming alcohol in public place.
Prabhu was caught near the old bus stand and Karthikeyan was caught near the burial ground road. Investigation is underway.
