Police are searching for an unidentified person who threw acid on a woman who had separated from her husband in Coimbatore.
Coimbatore: Stalin is from Dharmapuri. His wife Radha is 34-years old and they have 2 daughters.
There was a disagreement between Radha and her husband. Due to this Radha came to Coimbatore 8 months ago after separating from her husband. She rented a house in Ammankulam area and stayed there and she is employed in the construction sector.
While returning home from work last evening, she went to a local grocery store to buy milk and was walking home. An unidentified person who was hiding in the dark suddenly threw acid on Radha as she was walking near her house. Radha was injured in the left side of the face, shoulder and left arm.
She was in pain and screamed for help. Passers-by rescued Radha and admitted her to the Coimbatore Government Hospital. She is being undergoing intensive treatment. Racecourse police have registered a case and are looking for the mysterious person who threw acid on Radha.
