Coimbatore: Swarga Foundation launched Suraksha - Care Home Delivered Project, palliative care services for persons with disabilities on Thursday, at Sowkhya Pain Rehab Clinic, on Puliakulam Road.
Through this project, a team of doctor, nurse, psychologist and physiotherapist would visit the patient's home for providing services like physiotherapy, catheter change, Ryle's (food) tube change, bedsore and hygiene management, addressing their psycho-social needs, counselling their families, giving free medicines, among other services.
