Coimbatore: The Salem Divisional Railways has announced that additional special trains will be operated through Coimbatore for the devotees visiting Sabarimala.
Additional special trains are being operated on the Coimbatore route for the convenience of devotees visiting the Sabarimala Temple, according to the press release issued by Salem Railway Divisional Management.
“The special train (No: 07145) will leave Narsapur at 9.15 am on January 7 and 14 for the convenience of the devotees visiting Sabarimala and reach Kollam railway station at 1.50 pm the next day.
Similarly, the special train (No: 07146) leaving Kollam at 7.35 pm on January 8 and 15 will reach Narsapur at 10 pm the following day. The trains will stop at stations including Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Salem, and Jolarpet.
