Firefighters rushed to the scene and fought for about two hours to catch the snake around the base of the cylinder. Children and adults were terrified as the snake entered into the residential area.
Coimbatore: Abbas has been living with his wife Benazir and children Hafsana Nisha, Afshar for the last 3 years in the RVE Nagar area of Tirupur Rakkiyapalayam Division. Abbas' wife Benazir went to the kitchen to prepare dinner. Then suddenly a snake about 3 feet long crawled out of the kitchen.
Seeing this, Benazir immediately went to call those in the neighbourhood. In the meantime the snake disappeared inside the kitchen. Benazir, then frozen in fear, was shocked to find the snake around the bottom of the cylinder when she took out all the items in the house and checked.
