Coimbatore: The final electoral list for the 10 assembly constituencies has been released after the necessary amendments made as per the applications received.
District Collector Sameeran released the final electoral roll at the Coimbatore District Collector's Auditorium in the presence of recognised party figures.
The applications for amendments were received from 1st to 30th November 2021 for queries such as name addition, deletion and amendment and the revised final electoral roll is released.
A total of 33,31,128 voters viz., 15,40,901 male voters, 15,91,654 women voters and 573 third genders in 10 assembly constituencies. Of these, 42,266 young voters aged 18-19 years and 6,884 died.
