Tirupur: BJP Assembly Committee Chairman Nainar Nagendran, who visited the Walrus Company behind the new bus stand in Tirupur, met reporters.

Speaking at the occasion, he said that many workers in the southern districts were currently earning an income from the knitting company in Tirupur and that they had visited the Walrus Company in Tirupur to take the business to the southern districts in order to alleviate the labour shortage.
He said that the stand of the present regime on giving money in the Pongal gift package was different before and after coming to power and said this may even be for administrative reasons. When asked about the closure of the Amma Clinic, he said that when the regime changed, it was only six months since the regime took over and said that the good plans that existed before should be maintained in a better way than before and should not be closed completely.
He said the setup will need at least 10 months before we complain. He also said that the BJP would react in Parliament after the governor's speech tomorrow.
