Coimbatore: Coimbatore AIADMK District Secretary and Coimbatore North Assembly member, Amman K Arjunan and Singanallur Assembly member K R Jayaraman presided over the commemorative event to pay homage to the statue of Perarignar Anna at Avinashi Road, and the statues of Puratchi Thalaivar M.G.R and J Jayalalithaa.
Following this, a floral tribute was paid to the portrait of Perarignar Anna which was decorated with the AIADMK flag at the AIADMK headquarters in Coimbatore.
