Valparai: 6000+ people above the age of 18 got their vaccine shots today in Valparai under‘Vaccine for all’ scheme. The event began at 7 this morning and will continue till 7 pm tonight. The vaccine camp concentrated majorly on administering injections for the tribal groups of the region.
Various camps were organized all around Valparai and many tribal groupsvisited the camp and got their injections at the primary health centers.
A total of 64 camps were organized and 6000+ people of age above 18 got their shots
The tribes of Kadambarai, Kizh Punachi and Velli Mudi visited the camp. The administration aims to make Valparai a completely vaccinated region.
Covishield and Covaxin, both the vaccines were given based on the visitor’s preferences.
The camp will continue working until 7 tonight.
