Requests for easy Travel and Export arrangements for Europian Countries made
Coimbatore:The Kongu Global Forum which comprises 7 Kongu regions of the Western Ghats has submitted a Petition to the Union Civil Aviation Minister, Jyotriaditya M Scindia.
In the petition, the chairman of the forum has placed a few plan requests with Airport Expansion project to be held.
The Coimbatore International Airport serves as a major travel point for people of the Kongu Region for several years. The laborers travel to the Gulf countries through this airport from the Palghat District, Kerala.
The Airport is also a major hub for travel and export to Europian Countries.
Hence, it is requested that the Union Civil Aviation Minister facilitate measures to improve and ease operations, travel, and export from the Coimbatore International Airport.
