102 bottles of alcohol were seized from a man who was selling liquor illegally in Pollachi.
Pollachi: With more complaints being registered that illegal sale of alcohol was rampant in Pollachi, the Pollachi East Division Police began intensive patrolling.
Murugan (44) of Oonjuvalempatty region in Pollachi was arrested under suspicion since he possessed a box of liquor bottles, which were also seized by the cops.On investigation, he was found to be illegally hoarding and selling liquor bottles from the Poosaripatti TASMAC shop. Subsequently, police registered a case against Murugan and seized 102 bottles of liquor from him and arrested him.
