Large number of people volunteered in helping the boy pursue his dreams
Coimbatore: Simplicity team had posted a NEWS yesterday on the financial struggle faced by a Coimbatore-based cricketer Naveen, bowling all-rounder.
The reaction the NEWS received was immense that, many people volunteered in raising funds for the boy to help him participate in the cricket tournament.
Former DMK MLA N.Karthik and several others stepped forward to provide financial assistance.
He said, “Not just me, most of us who have been struggling were provided financial assistance for which we’d be eternally grateful”
The tournament is set to happen between September 2nd and 4th in Madhya Pradesh on behalf of the Dennis Cricket Association.
