Setting up play equipment in the Amaravathi Crocodile Park intensified to attract children and tourists alike.
Coimbatore: A crocodile park is operating near the Amravati Dam near Udumalaipettai. More than 50 crocodiles are maintained by the forest department and displayed to the public. Tourists visiting the Amravati Dam can visit the crocodile farm and watch the crocodiles.

So the forest department is in the process of turning the area into a park and fitting a lot of play equipment for children to play with. The forest department is carrying out various special activities to convert it into a children's park. Many animal-shaped play equipment has been installed, including the crocodile deer tiger elephant bear. They expect that the children can enjoy their time in the park.. Forest department said the parks are not currently open to the public due to the Covid-19 spread.
