Speaking of the Agri Laws imposed by the Union Government, he stated that the previous rulers of the state blindly supported the decisions of the union government.
'States like Kerala, Punjab, and West Bengal were against the Agri laws while TN was in complete support', he said.
Addressing the AIADMK party as the slave of the Union Government, he said that the party never contemplated the pros and cons of anything the union government announced. He also stated the government did not take proper steps to curb the escalation of the second wave in Tamil Nadu.
Talking about the ruling party’s works, he said that, 'several measures have been taken, including a resolution against 3 agricultural laws enacted by the Union Government, the abolition of cases against those involved in protests including agricultural law and anti-methane issues'. With ace politician and leader Arignar Anna’s birth anniversary coming soon, he demanded the release of prisoners serving jail for more than 20 years.
Addressing on BJP member Annamalai’s comments, 'Annamalai has to first understand what is going on and speak', said Jawaharullah said.
