Coimbatore:The Pandemic hit hard majorly the Small and medium scale industries’ businesses.
As the pandemic has considerably reduced its severity, most business sectors are climbing the ladder back, and some start from scratch.
MSMEs have been a major contributor to the economy and hence demand has been placed to the government to back them up reviving their business post this pandemic period.
M.V. Ramesh Babu presented a set of requests to the Government in a meeting held with the Retired IAS officer Mr.Sundaradevan on 25th August 2021.
He requested that the prices of raw materials has to be reduced, permission to stock goods in warehouses, loans from banks for MSMEs, support to be reliable partners to encourage profit through Make In India projects and various other requests were placed.
