Special counselling for student admission began at Govt. Arts College to qualify for the 44 seats in five special categories.
Tirupur: Special counselling for students, for the present academic year at the Government Arts College in Udumalaipettai began at the college campus on Thursday. On the very first day, counselling was held for students to qualify for the 44 seats in five categories which comprised Sports, Differently-abled, NCC, ex-military veterans families and for those educated in Andaman Island through Tamil medium.
Also counselling for students seeking admission in other general categories has been scheduled to begin from Friday, August 27. Counselling is being held under the supervision of Dr. Kalyani, the Principal of Government Arts College.
