Tirupur: A car travelling from Palladam to Kamanayyaknpalayam overturned near Krishnapuram and landed in a 80 ft. well. The driver of the car reportedly lost control of the vehicle.
Bystanders in the area immediately informed the police who rushed to the spot. The public along with the help of fire department workers rescued Kaushal Kumar (22) and Harish (18) who had been in the car.
The injured were sent to the hospital for first-aid and a case was filed regarding the accident by the Kamanayakenpalayam Police.
Interrogations are on with the two men who survived the accident. One of them has been identified as the owner of a petrol bunk in Ondiputhur, as per the reports.
