Due to this, there are several accidents as rainwater fills potholes in roads. Annur - Sathy Road, opposite the private petrol bunk, there are more than 40 houses and a place of worship. Houses have been built in the area more than 20 years ago.
However, the tar roads are still not laid and there is no sewerage facility. And for some as the front of their homes filled with mud, the southern part became a pit. When it rains, the water stagnates like a pool and riding vehicles is difficult. No action has been taken even after multiple complaints with the Municipality Office.
The people of the area have demanded that a tar road be laid in the area immediately and sewerage be provided. Road accidents in this area continue to occur as motorcycles find it difficult to ride in damaged roads. There is also an increased risk of infection due to stagnant rainwater
