Two youths involved in bike theft have been arrested in Coimbatore Pollachi
Coimbatore: Navshad, 38, from Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore, runs a lathe workshop in the same area. He had parked his two-wheeler in front of a private hotel near the Pollachi Gandhi statue signal yesterday and was talking to a friend. Then, he was shocked to see his two-wheeler being stolen away by two unidentified men.
Following this, Navshad along with his friend in another vehicle chased away the persons who had stolen the bike. They were later handed over to the Pollachi East Police Station. Following this, the police registered a case against Manikandan (21) and Patturasa (21) from Anaimalai area and arrested them yesterday. They also confiscated a motorcycle stolen from him.
