Police are searching for the three missing persons. Biju, a Hindu leader, was hacked to death by an unidentified mob in front of his juice shop in Ramnagar, Coimbatore last year. Among those arrested were Arunkumar, 32, of Gandhi Nagar, Sanganoor, Ratnapuri. Currently, Arunkumar is out on bail. Yesterday he went to Coimbatore to meet his friend Sivakumar at Pappanaickenpalayam Jayasimhapuram.
The two of them were standing near the house and talking when three people who were there at the time had an argument with Arunkumar. This led to a fight and the three enraged people together stabbed Arunkumar. Arunkumar suffered a head injury and the attackers fled as locals came to rescue hearing Arunkumar's screams.
