Tamil Nadu Primary School Teachers' Association donates oxygen concentrator to Valparai Coronavirus Treatment Center
Coimbatore: With Covid-19 cases on the rise in Valparai, Coimbatore, an exclusive Coronavirus Treatment Center was set up at Valparai Government Arts College. The 150 beds at the Center are equipped with oxygen facilities and are available for public use.
TheTamil Nadu Primary School Teachers' Association, led by Valparai District Tahsildhar Raja presented an oxygen concentrator to provide life-saving oxygen therapy for people infected with Covid-19. It was presented to Valparai Regional Chief Physician, Dr. Babu Lakshman on Sunday, in the presence of the College Principal, Dr. Muralitharan.
The event was attended by the District Secretary Government District Chairman, N Vinayagam, District Treasurer / Regional Secretary, V Rajapandian, Regional Treasurer, Arun, State General Committee Member, Ponraj, Regional Executive Committee Member, Ganesh Kumar, Valparai Regional Chairman Selali Parai and Principal Ilango.
