Over Rs. 50 lakhs donated to Chief Minister on behalf of 'ITF', 'COSIEMA', 'OSMA' and 'Annapoorna'
Coimbatore: As the second wave of spread of coronavirus increases in Tamil Nadu, various parties in the Coimbatore district continue to fund the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund for corona relief work.
Prabhu Damodaran, Convener of the Indian Texpreneurs Federation (ITF) presented a cheque for Rs. 25 lakhs to the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu during his inspection in Coimbatore. Similarly, on behalf of the Coimbatore SIDCO Industrial Estate Manufacturers Welfare Association (COSIEMA), Chairman, Nallathambi and former Chairman Surulivel presented a cheque for Rs. 12 lakh, 15 thousand to the Chief Minister.
On behalf of the Tamil Nadu Open End Spinning Mills (OSMA) Association, executives Arulmozhi, Jayapal and Ramprasad handed over a check for Rs 14 lakh 50 thousand to the Chief Minister. On behalf of Sri Annapoorna Group, its Managing Director Srinivasan, Executive Director, Jagan S. Damodarasamy presented a check for 10 lakh rupees to Chief Minister Stalin.
