Coimbatore: In a letter to the BJP National Women's Wing President and Coimbatore South MLA, Vanathi Srinivasan, Rajendra B, the President of All India LPG Distributors Federation stated, "The public service that you have done so far in the State and at the All India level is commendable.

Being elected as the MLA for Coimbatore South is another diamond in the crown of your service. We, the LPG distribution sector are using every opportunity to serve the public regularly by delivering cylinders door-to-door across India, be it sun or rain or pandemic. Our need today is to get vaccinated and be protected against any infection.

Hence, we request the Central and State governments to recognize our employees as 'frontline workers' and grant them priority for vaccination. We kindly request you to urge the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and the Union Minister of Health to help us in this regard since we are continuously serving the public," he reiterated.
