Man who broke into the State Bank in Variety Hall area in Coimbatore arrested
Coimbatore: Police have arrested the man who tried to break into State Bank in the Variety Hall area in Coimbatore, a few days ago. On the morning of May 11, an unidentified person broke into the window of the State Bank but as soon as the alarm went off, he fled the scene. Following this, the Coimbatore Variety Hall Crime Branch police registered a case and began an investigation.
On the orders of the Coimbatore Deputy Commissioner Crime Division, Uma, Assistant Commissioner West Zone Crime Division, Navraj Rajkumar and headed by Sub-Inspector Marimuthu, Chief Constables Uma, Karthik, Bhupathi, Sidhan and other police personnel, a man-hunt was launched to nab the miscreant. Amees Biswal, a resident of Gurrani in West Bengal was finally identified as the man who broke into the State Bank and was arrested and jailed on Tuesday.
