Coimbatore: The second wave of Covid-19 pandemic is rapidly increasing in Valparai, Coimbatore. So far more than 100 people have been infected by the virus and the health department officials have set-up camps in multiple areas to test the public.
On behalf of the Valparai Municipality, Sanitation Workers are involved in spraying disinfectants. As a part of it, SI Ilango frkm Sekkalmudi in Valparai today created awareness among the public asking them to wear face masks and urged them to maintain social distancing.
On behalf of the police department, Kabasuga kudineer was provided to the public in the areas near Sholayar Dam, Idathukarai and Valathukarai. Public were seen actively drinking the Kabasuga Drinking Water and the Officials said that this distribution will be continued ahead.
