Coronavirus testing done for motorists on high traffic roads in Pollachi
Coimbatore: As Covid-19 infections are increasing day by day in Coimbatore district, special coronavirus testing centers have been set up on behalf of the health department in Pollachi, including the Pollachi Government General Hospital and Primary Health Centers.
As the public continue to crowd to buy essential items till 12 noon, health officials have set up mobile coronavirus testing centers in areas including Pollachi Gandhi Market and Bazaar Street.
Similarly, in Pollachi, motorists are being tested with the help of the police in high traffic areas.
Motorists were also given awareness on immunization activities and vaccination on behalf of the police.
