Complete lockdown in Pollachi: Police on patrol to control public movement
Coimbatore: Roads in Pollachi are deserted as complete lockdown came into effect in Tamil Nadu today.
As well as the ever-bustling markets, Police Station Street, Venkatramanan Street, and in main streets including Market Road, all the shops were closed and streets looked deserted. Police are patrolling the area and monitoring public movement.
Pollachi area is seen to be quiet as all the shops are closed.
