Chennai: TamilNadu Chief Minister and DMK leader MK Stalin today issued a letter, were he has written to the public of TamilNadu.

In his letter to citizens he said, "This is my first letter to you all after becoming the Chief Minister of Tamilnadu. I am in power only because of your unconditional love, trust and the support. I do not consider myself as the Chief Minister, except as a frontline worker of Mother Tamil Nadu.

Together we have assumed the great responsibility of accelerating progress in Tamil Nadu. My main goal is to transform Tamil Nadu into a superior state. I assure an honest, clean and a transparent administration.

I promise to excel in cultivating Tamil Culture - Economic Advancement - Social Development - Women's Welfare - Powers for Women - The Rights of the Oppressed - The Right to a State of Social Justice.

People must avoid the fear of the pandemic and must be aware and should cooperate with the guidelines issued by the government. If we are able to come out of it, we can start working on the progress.

This is a government that belongs to all people, without discrimination which takes it's people of all sections with warmth.

The DMK party should approach the problems of the people in a friendly manner with the alternative party comrades and try to find a solution to them.

We must work together to face the challenges during these difficult times. I guarantee to bring a golden rule loved by the people of Tamilnadu."
