Chief Minister orders to reduce sale price of milk
Coimbatore: The Chief Minister has issued an order to reduce the selling price of milk.
Government Order issued stated that, "The purchase price of milk has been increased since August 19, 2019and the purchase price of a liter of cow's milk was increased by Rs. 4 per liter from Rs. 28.00 to Rs. 32.00. Similarly, the purchase price of a liter of buffalo milk was increased by Rs. 6 per liter from Rs. 35.00 to Rs. 41.00
Following the increase in the purchase price at that time, the selling price of milk at that time selling price was fixed at Rs 32 per liter.
The new DMK government, which is now in charge in the interest of the public has reduced the selling price for all types of milkRs. 3 per liter.
