Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner P Kumaravel Pandian inspected Covid-19 drives in the Western Zone of Coimbatore.
Coimbatore: Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner P Kumaravel Pandian inspected Covid-19 prevention drives on Wednesday in the Western Zone of Coimbatore.
After inspecting the isolated areas of Fata Rarandi Street North Zone and Ward No 21 Gokulam Colony under Ward No 24 in Coimbatore Corporation, the Corporation Commissioner inspected the isolated areas where he observed disinfectant spraying work. He also met the public in the area and asked them to wear face masks, adhere to social distancing and requested them to cooperate with all of the new Covid restrictions imposed to contain the spread of Covid-19.
Kumaravel Pandian then went to the 15th ward in Marudhamalai Road in PN Puthur and inspected the swab tests being done for Covid-19. During the inspection, Western Regional Health Officer Gunasekaran and other Corporation officials were also present.
