Woman rescued and duo arrested for involvement in flesh trade

Police received information that a flesh trade is operational at a lodge on Cross cut road. A special team headed by Sub-inspector Balagan rushed to the lodge and conducted a search. In this search a 29-year old woman was rescued from the flesh trade that was operated by Raja (37) from Pondicherry and Ashokan (47) from Pudhukottai. The two were arrested and the woman was sent home.
