Communist and DMK allies campaign for Communist candidate Arumugam in Valparai constituency
Coimbatore: Arumugam is contesting as the Communist Party of India candidate in the DMK alliance in the Valparai assembly constituency in Coimbatore district. He is engaged in intense campaigning. In support of him, the DMK, led by city secretary Palpandi district agriculture wing secretary J. Bhaskar are engaged in intensive campaigning in Gaggan Colony, Children's Park and Gandhinagar areas.
They promised that measures will be taken as soon as the DMK comes to power to control the human-animal conflict and that the estate workers' problems and basic amenities will be resolved as Arumugam has previously worked as an estate worker.
They said that Valparai assembly constituency is the stronghold of the DMK and therefore urged the people to vote for the communist and make him win with great support. DMK city secretary Palpandi and councillor Selvam IK Ponnusamy and allies were present.
