Jameel Ahmed, President of Airport & Railway Passenger Welfare Association meets MNM President Kamal Haasan
Coimbatore: Jameel Ahmed, the President of Airport and Railway Passenger Welfare Association met Makkal Needhi Maiam party President, Kamal Haasan, today.

Jameel Ahmed detailed the issues that need to addressed with regard to the Airport & Railway Passenger Welfare Association. He stated that the infrastructure of the railway station needed to be improved immediately but the current government has prevented that from being executed, on multiple occasions.
Recounting a specific incident where sponsors volunteered to build a foot over bridge at the station but were denied permission to do so as because they refused to pay the bribe that the authorities demanded, Jameel Ahmed requested that all this needs to change under the MNM leader, Kamal Haasan’s rule. He also requested Kamal Haasan to visit the city's railway station to inspect its current infrastructure and Kamal Haasan has reportedly agreed to do so.
