Before filing a complaint with the police station, Ayyavu informed a member from the private bank where he initially got the loan to buy the car. But Ayyavu was shocked when the member told him that it was the bank collection managers who took back the car as Ayyavu failed to repay the loan.
Ayyavu complained stating that he failed to repay the loan due to Covid-19 pandemic and stated that it was wrong to seize a car in the absence of the owner and without any prior notice.
He then complained at the Sulur police station, stating that the bank has not given the car back even after the pending amount of rupees 85,000 was paid.
Ayyavu again filed a complaint at the District Superintendent Police Office as no serious action was taken against the man who took his car without informing earlier. He said that he has filed a second complaint as the Sulur police did not take any action regarding the case.
