Coimbatore: MNM Vice President Dr R Mahendran has been campaigning vigourously in the Singanallur constituency since the day of his candidate announcement by the party.
Today while campaigning, he questioned sitting MLA Na Karthik saying, "There has been no development projects nor basic amenities that has been done in the Singanallur constituency, but yet the MLA fund of Rs 17.5 crores is missing and no one knows what it was used for".
He said "In the 19 wards of the Singanallur constituency where I am contesting, people are always complaining about the lack of basic amenities like roads, drinking water supply, drainage system and toilet facilities in the constituency. I am confused on how the MLA fund of 17.5 crore rupees was used.
If people choose me, I will provide permanent solutions to resolve such basic amenities for the public of my constituency.
