Delhi farmers would oppose any government that has supported BJP - Deputy Chairman of Ajat Kisan Sankars Committee Rajwinder Singh Golden

Earlier today on Bhagat Singh Memorial Day, Rajwinder Singh paid floral tributes to the Bhagat Singh portrait kept at the Periyar Study Hall in Coimbatore.

Coimbatore: With the farmer's protest is still continuing at the nation's capital Delhi, Farmer protest representatives from Delhi are now reaching out to farmer's associations in Tamilnadu, Kerala, Puducherry, Assam and West Bengal where the elections are taking place and are explaining to them about the ground reality at the protest. The representatives have also requested the farmer's unions to defeat BJP in the upcoming elections.

In an effort to defeat the NDA alliance, Punjab State Farmers Protest Team Organiser and Punjab Deputy Chairman of Ajat Kisan Sankars Committee Rajwinder Singh Golden has joined with the DMK party to campaign against BJP.

Earlier today on Bhagat Singh Memorial Day, Rajwinder Singh paid floral tributes to the Bhagat Singh portrait kept at the Periyar Study Hall in Coimbatore.

Later during the press meet Rajwinder Singh said that " We have extended our support to DMK as they have the strength to oppose the BJP and defeat them. Delhi farmers would oppose any government that has supported BJP, not just Tamil Nadu."

When asked if any protest is being held in Tamilnadu during Modi's visit to Dharapuram on March 30th? Rajwinder Singh answered by saying " I have not come to create any problems at the campaign field in tamilnadu but have come to create an awareness among the people of Tamilnadu regarding the farmer's protest.

Our protest in Delhi is inspired from protests like the mass protests in Coimbatore during the 1970's by Farmers livelihood fighter Narayansamy Naidu." He said.

Rajwinder Singh has already extended his support to DMK's Thondamuthur candidate Karthikeya Sivasenapathy and has also participated in his campaigns.
