Pollachi Assembly Constituency AIADMK Candidate Pollachi Jayaraman today morning campaigned in the 30th and 31st wards at the areas of Periyar Colony, Maniyar Colony and Cheran Nagar to gain support for the AIADMK party.
Members also urged the people to vote for the 'two leaves' symbols in the upcoming elections. Women in the area gave candidate Pollachi Jayaraman a huge welcome by taking Aarathi, a popular Tamil welcoming tradition.
Pollachi Jayaraman then said " In the last 5 years of AIADMK rule, there were a lot of people welfare schemes established in Pollachi. People should vote for us again and give us a grand victory." He said.
AIADMK Town Secretary Krishnakumar and others were present during the campaign.
