R Ganesh from Congress is contesting at the Ooty assembly constituency in The Nilgiris representing the Madhasarbatra Murpoku Kootani.
A Raja, DMK's Deputy General Secretary campaigned todaynear the Ooty Coffee House area gaining supporters for R Ganesh.
During the campaign A Raja stated that "The competition at the upcoming assembly elections is only between DMK and AIADMK. The 3rd party under Actor Kamal Haasan, BJP is just another team of AIADMK to defeat the Madhasarbatra Murpoku Kootani led by DMK."
He further said that "Some are comparing Edapadi Palanisamy with MK Stalin. But Edapadi Palanisamy is not qualified for that and everyone knows how suddenly became the Chief Minister of Tamilnadu."
