Confidence on Naam Tamilar Party has increased not only among youngsters but also amongst elders: Singanallur constituency candidate Narmadha

Coimbatore: Singanallur constituency Naam Tamizhar Katchi candidate Narmadha said that the confidence on Naam Tamilar Party has increased not only among youngsters but also amongst elders.

During the campaign, "All the basic facilities in this block including road facility sewerage facility drinking water and lighting facility are yet to be completed. Previously elected members in this constituency did not care about the welfare of the people. Instead they acted only out of concern for their own welfare. We are seeking the support of our party voters not only for the Singanallur constituency but also for a bribe-free administration throughout Tamil Nadu.

Similarly if I win in Singanallur constituency I will turn this constituency into a completely bribe free constituency. I live in an area called Uppilipalayam which falls under this block. I have completed diploma and bachelor's degree. My whole family was in the Marxist Communist Party. I did not have much involvement in politics then but while I was waiting for the voice of support in Tamil Nadu to condemn the genocide in Eelam, Naam Tamilar Party leader Seeman raised his voice in support. This really attracted me."

She added, "So I got involved in this party and started working as per their policies. I have worked at the forefront of various protests and now I have been given the opportunity to contest in the Coimbatore Singanallur Assembly constituency. Only our party gives women equal rights (50%). With the election campaign now underway one can see a change on a large scale among the people, we say no to freebies. Apart from that, they say that there is strong dissatisfaction with the Dravidian parties that have been ruling Tamil Nadu alternately.

If our party wins, we will ensure that clean drinking water, quality education and quality medicine are available to the people not only in this constituency but throughout Tamil Nadu. We can directly see the growing confidence in the Naam Tamilar Party not only among the youth but also among the adults. Especially the elders I meet during my campaign, including their grandchildren, have said that they support Naam Tamilar. Our party has been very well received by the people of Tamil Nadu as it continues to stand alone in all elections. We will continue to strive for the good of the people."
